Hi,
I am the father of a 13 year old boy who has been bullied more or less consistently since starting school. He has Aspergers and Tourettes, and these have been a focus for his bullying. This is where I got the inspiration to develop this forum.

hello everyone,

i'm his wife, katranz, and we are just trying to make a difference.

not just for kids, it's for adults too.

the more members, the more posts on our forums, the greater our 'people power'.

if we help each other we can also help ourselves but especially our kids.

bullied children often become bullies as adults, let's try and break this cycle.

so welcome everyone, a few minutes of your time is more precious than you realise!!

All power to you and Bar ...I am a Parent ..My kids are grown up now but
like me they still suffer from the effects of bullying years after it stopped.
People do not realise the pain and anguish that bullying causes .
Your site might be the catalyst that is needed for a change in society that
finaly see's an end to bullying for ever ..It seems a dream but I am sure it can be done .

Thanks Baz I have lots I would like to say..one is that I think the Government in the UK is responsible for alot of the trouble in schools
Teaching lacks morality and Acountability...We should push Government
for an Independent review of the way bullying is tacked in the school system.
Alott of schools say they have an anti bullying policy But they dont..
We have to lobby Parliament and start a campaign..
Your Forum could be the start of it........ Cool

Hi guys
My name is Chris and I just want you to know that I support your cause. I am 14 and have not been bullied myself but know many people who have. Unfortunately, do to peer pressure, I sometimes bully others. Not alot-but enopugh to where it make me feel bad about my actions. I was thinking maybe you guys can help me not to feel the peer pressure and to have the courage to stand up for those being bullied. Thanks alot,Chris.

Anything we can do to help, we will, Chris. We are not here to judge, and know how hard peer pressure can be to ignore.

Hi Criss...It is good that you realise that you are capable of bullying..
most people are capable if they are honest ..
The problem begins when you dont realise that you are bullying..
The more you get the feeling that it is wrong that means you are helping
yourself to overcome the feelings that make you bully someone.
As these pages grow and I am sure they will you will be able to get a
picture of what it feels like to be bullied . Alot of us feel the effects long
after it has finished and we carry it around with us into our latter years .
I have seen the bullies who made my life an absolute hell and they are
grumpy old men now . All these years later I still hate what they did to me.
I would not like to know that people feel the feelings about me that I feel
about them after so many years .
Put yourself in the other persons shoes before you are tempted to folow
Pier pressure . If you walk away others will to..take my word for it .
I admire you for your courage to admitt your mistake .You must now
have the courage to walk away when your friends start bullying .

Well said Windy, all the more relevant because of your personal experience.
