Always make sure that schools follow up on bullying complaints.
if you are not happy, complain to the person to whom you first complained.
If you get no joy there, complain to the headteacher.
If you are still not happy, complain to the governing body.
If there is still not a satisfactory resolution, complain the Local Education Authority.
There are other LEGAL forms of action you can take.
How about forming a parents/carers action group with other dissatisfied parents/carers.
The local media can be a good place to complain to, as can your local councillor.
There is always the option of involving the child protection agencies, or your local MP.
